     7-2-2603. Withdrawal of name from petition. At any time on or before the date fixed for the hearing, any person having signed the original petition for the removal of the county seat may file a statement in writing with the county clerk that he desires to have his name withdrawn from such petition, provided that not more than one withdrawal shall be permitted by the same person.
