     76-16-307. Leasing of state lands. State land that is situated within the boundaries of a grazing district created under this chapter may be leased by one or more members of a grazing district if the lease is in accordance with existing laws and regulations of the department. The board of directors of a cooperative state district may assist members of a grazing district in acquiring and administering a state grazing lease. The commission shall require that all state districts comply with this section.
