     87-4-522. Game hunted in preserve. (1) Game which may be hunted under this part shall be confined to artificially propagated pheasants, quail, chukar partridges, turkeys, and such other species as the department may add from time to time.
     (2) A minimum number of stock of each species to be hunted on a shooting preserve shall be released on the licensed area during the shooting preserve season. The minimum number of stock of each species to be released shall be determined by the department before the commencement of the season.
