A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT REPEALING THE TERMINATION DATE FOR THE QUALIFIED ENDOWMENTS INDIVIDUAL INCOME AND CORPORATE TAX CREDIT; AND REPEALING SECTION 9, CHAPTER 537, LAWS OF 1997."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
NEW SECTION. Section 1. Repealer. Section 9, Chapter 537, Laws of 1997, is repealed.
