A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND CONSERVATION FOR A GRANT TO THE CITY OF CONRAD FOR WATER SYSTEM AND PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
NEW SECTION. Section 1. Appropriation. There is appropriated from the general fund $1,780,000 to the department of natural resources and conservation to be used for a grant to the city of Conrad for water system and pump station improvements.
NEW SECTION. Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective July 1, 2001.
