A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT ELIMINATING THE PROHIBITION AGAINST PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENTS AND SIMILAR AGREEMENTS; REPEALING SECTION 18-2-425, MCA; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
NEW SECTION. Section 1. Repealer. Section 18-2-425, MCA, is repealed.
NEW SECTION. Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective July 1, 2001.
