SENATE BILL NO. 115

AN ACT REMOVING THE TERMINATION PROVISION IN SECTION 7, CHAPTER 461, LAWS OF 1999, WITH REGARD TO THE AGRICULTURAL MOTOR FUEL TAX REFUND PROCESS; REPEALING SECTION 7, CHAPTER 461, LAWS OF 1999; AND PROVIDING AN IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
Section 1. Repealer. Section 7, Chapter 461, Laws of 1999, is repealed.
Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective on passage and approval.
