     2-15-1751. Board of sanitarians. (1) There is a board of sanitarians.
     (2) The board shall consist of three members appointed by the governor with the consent of the senate. Each member must be a resident of this state, and two of the members must be registered sanitarians. One member must be from the public and not a sanitarian who shall represent the interests of the public at large. Each sanitarian member shall have a minimum of 3 years of experience practicing as a sanitarian in the state of Montana.
     (3) Members shall serve for 3-year terms. One term shall expire on July 1 of each year.
     (4) The board is allocated to the department for administrative purposes only as prescribed in 2-15-121.
