     37-24-304. Examination. (1) A person who satisfies the educational and experience requirements of 37-24-303 may apply for examination in the manner prescribed by the board. The application must be accompanied by the nonrefundable fee prescribed by the board under 37-24-310. An unsuccessful examinee may apply for reexamination upon payment of the prescribed fee.
     (2) The board shall adopt a written examination for occupational therapists and a written examination for occupational therapy assistants and establish standards for acceptable performance.
     (3) Examinations shall be given at least twice each year at a time and place and under such supervision as the board may determine. The board shall give notice of the examinations in accordance with rules adopted by the board.
     (4) Examinees may obtain their scores and review their examinations in accordance with rules established by the board.
