     37-50-309. Credit for examinations taken in other states. The board may by rule provide for granting credit to a candidate for his satisfactory completion of a written examination in any one or more of the subjects of examination given by the licensing authority in another state. These rules shall include requirements the board determines appropriate in order that an examination approved as a basis for credit is, in the judgment of the board, at least as thorough as that included in the examination given in this state at the time the credit originally was granted by the other state for passing the examination.
