39-71-812. Limitation on amount of compensation payable to employee under part. Any amount paid to an employee under this part by an employer shall be credited against compensation payable by any employer to such employee for occupational deafness under 39-71-807 and 39-71-808. No employee shall in the aggregate receive greater compensation from any or all employers for occupational deafness than that provided in this part for total occupational deafness.
