     50-31-238. Misrepresentation of a company name. A bottler, distributor, or vendor of bottled water whose company name or trademark contains the words "spring", "springs", "well", "artesian well", "mineral", or any derivative of those words shall label each bottle with the company's brand name or trademark and, if the source of the bottled water is different from the source stated in the company name, the source of the water. This information must be in typeface at least equal to the size of the typeface of the company name or trademark.
