     50-71-110. Violation of safety provision a misdemeanor. In addition to all other penalties herein provided, every employer, worker, or other person who either individually or acting as an officer, agent, or employee of a corporation or other person violates any safety provision of this chapter or who directly or indirectly knowingly induces another to do so is guilty of a misdemeanor.
