     7-35-2111. Petition for withdrawal of land -- hearing. (1) Any portion of a public cemetery district may be withdrawn therefrom as provided in this section, and 7-35-2112 on the grounds that such portion will not be benefited by remaining in said district, upon receipt of a petition signed by:
     (a) 50 or more freeholders residing in or owning property within the portion desired to be withdrawn by any public cemetery district; or
     (b) a majority of such freeholders if there are less than 100 residing within the portion sought to be withdrawn.
     (2) The board of county commissioners shall fix a time for the hearing of such withdrawal petition, which shall not be more than 60 days after the receipt thereof.
