     85-8-407. Complaint required -- contents. (1) Said action shall be commenced by filing in the office of the clerk of the district court a complaint which must contain:
     (a) the title of the action, the name of the court and the county in which the action is brought, and the names of the parties to the action;
     (b) a statement of the facts constituting the cause of the action, in ordinary and concise language;
     (c) a demand for the relief which the plaintiff claims.
     (2) The complaint shall be verified in the same manner as complaints in other civil actions.
