A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT APPROPRIATING MONEY FOR OPERATIONAL COSTS OF THE DENTAL HYGIENE PROGRAM AT THE MONTANA STATE UNIVERSITY-GREAT FALLS COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE."

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:

 

     NEW SECTION.  Section 1.  Appropriation for second-year operational costs of dental hygiene program. There is appropriated $211,000 from the general fund for fiscal years 2004 and 2005 to the Montana state university-Great Falls college of technology for the operational costs of the second year of its 2-year dental hygiene program.

 

     NEW SECTION.  Section 2.  Effective date. [This act] is effective July 1, 2003.
