     37-12-307. Renewal of license -- fees. Except as provided in 37-1-138:
     (1) a license expires on the date set by department rule and must be renewed by the department on payment of a renewal fee, as set by the board, and the presentation of evidence satisfactory to the board that the licensee qualifies for renewal;
     (2) all applicants for renewal who have not paid the renewal fee on or before the renewal date shall pay an additional late fee prescribed by the board.
