     7-2-2228. Judicial district for new county. Said new county, when created and organized in pursuance of the provisions of this part, shall be attached to such judicial district as may be designated by the governor of Montana, in a proclamation to be issued by him designating such new county as attached to the particular judicial district for judicial purposes.
