     3-2-303. (Temporary) Terms of supreme court. (1) Four terms of the supreme court must be held each year at the seat of government, commencing on the first Tuesdays of March, June, October, and December.
     (2) The chief justice or any two justices have power to call a special term at any time.
     3-2-303. (Effective January 2, 2006). Term of supreme court. The supreme court may have only one term each year. The term must be held at the seat of government and must commence on the first day of January.
