     87-1-704. Federal fish-hatching operations. The government of the United States, the United States commissioner of fisheries, and its or his duly authorized agent or agents may conduct fish-hatching and all operations connected therewith (in any manner and at any time that may be considered necessary and proper by them) at any United States fish cultural station that may be established by the United States government in the state of Montana.
