     87-4-702. Possession of game by merchants, hotelkeepers, or restaurant keepers. (1) Except as provided in subsection (2), it is lawful for any merchant, hotelkeeper, or restaurant keeper to have in his possession, offer for sale, or sell game birds and game, provided the game or game birds are not killed in Montana.
     (2) No merchant, hotelkeeper, or restaurant keeper may offer for sale or sell any grizzly bear or any head, hide, teeth, claws, or other part of a grizzly bear.
