HOUSE BILL NO. 444

A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT PROVIDING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE CLARK FORK RIVER BASIN TASK FORCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF FUNDING THE STATUTORY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TASK FORCE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
NEW SECTION. Section 1. Appropriation. There is appropriated $45,000 each year of the biennium beginning July 1, 2007, from the general fund to the clark fork river basin task force for the purpose of implementing 85-2-350.
NEW SECTION. Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective July 1, 2007.
