A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PROVIDING SATELLITE DELIVERY OF PUBLIC TELEVISION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
NEW SECTION. Section 1. Appropriation. There is appropriated $400,000 from the state general fund to Montana state university-Bozeman to be used to provide satellite delivery of public television to Montanans.
NEW SECTION. Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective July 1, 2007.
