35-1-1034. (Temporary) Service of process on foreign corporation. Service of process upon a foreign corporation shall be effected upon the persons and in the manner provided by the Montana Rules of Civil Procedure. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008--secs. 68, 70, Ch. 240, L. 2007.)
