50-40-120. (Temporary) Part preemptive of stricter ordinance. The provisions of this part preempt adoption of an ordinance or regulation by a political subdivision that is stricter than the provisions of this part as to a place in which the ordinance or regulation applies or as to the penalty or remedy imposed for violation of the ordinance or regulation.
