20-9-521. (Temporary) Montana support for schools special revenue account. (1) There is a Montana support for schools special revenue account within the state special revenue fund established in 17-2-102.
     (2) Money must be transferred into the Montana support for schools special revenue account pursuant to section 36, Chapter 400, Laws of 2013.
     (3) Money in the account must be transferred to the guarantee account pursuant to and for the purposes described in section 36, Chapter 400, Laws of 2013. (Terminates June 30, 2016--sec. 43, Ch. 400, L. 2013.)
