33-15-606. (Effective January 1, 2016) Validity of electronic delivery. The legal effectiveness, validity, or enforceability of a contract or policy of insurance executed by a party may not be denied solely because the contract or policy was delivered by electronic means if the insurer has obtained the electronic consent of the party as required in 33-15-603.
