A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT AUTHORIZING CITIES AND TOWNS TO ISSUE REVENUE BONDS FOR IMPROVEMENTS IN A STREET MAINTENANCE DISTRICT; AND PROVIDING AN IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE DATE."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
NEW SECTION. Section 1. Revenue bonds. Cities and towns are authorized under this part to issue revenue bonds pursuant to the provisions of Title 7, chapter 7, part 44, for the purpose of financing the costs of improvements contemplated by 7-12-4405.
NEW SECTION. Section 2. Codification instruction. [Section 1] is intended to be codified as an integral part of Title 7, chapter 12, part 44, and the provisions of Title 7, chapter 12, part 44, apply to [section 1].
NEW SECTION. Section 3. Effective date. [This act] is effective on passage and approval.
