BY REQUEST OF THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND CONSERVATION
AN ACT ELIMINATING NOTICE TO AND APPROVAL OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF CONSERVATION DISTRICT ORGANIZATION; REPEALING SECTION 76-15-323, MCA; AND PROVIDING AN IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
Section 1. Repealer. The following section of the Montana Code Annotated is repealed:
76-15-323. Copies of notice transmitted to county commissioners.
Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective on passage and approval.
