A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT REPEALING THE INADMISSIBILITY OF EVIDENCE OF SEATBELT USE AND AUTHORIZING THE COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION TO DETERMINE THE ADMISSIBILITY OF EVIDENCE OF SEATBELT USE; AND REPEALING SECTION 61-13-106, MCA."

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:

 

     NEW SECTION.  Section 1.  Repealer. The following section of the Montana Code Annotated is repealed:

61-13-106.         Evidence not admissible.
