Explanation - This amendment removes language included in HB 2 for the Professional Development Center (PDC) in the Department of Administration. The PDC delivers high-quality training through research-based curricula, class participation, and instructor knowledge. The audit report recommendation was to fix-cost the PDC, not do away with it. This intention in HB 2 declares the will of the legislature and binds future legislators in a future session to this intent.
