Insert: "The department shall transmit a written report to the legislative fiscal analyst by the December 1, 2021. This report must include a detailed accounting of the initial establishment of the contingency funding, by division, 1st level expenditure, SABHRS subclass, and fund. The department shall transmit two further written reports to the legislative fiscal analyst by September 1, 2022 and September 1, 2023. These reports must include a detailed accounting of the manner in which the department utilized the contingency funding, by division, 1st level expenditure, SABHRS subclass, and fund, in the most recently completed fiscal year."
