HOUSE BILL NO. 277

AN ACT REPEALING THE PROVISION THAT ALLOWS LICENSING OF CHIROPRACTORS FROM OTHER STATES WITHOUT EXAMINATION; REPEALING SECTION 37-12-305, MCA; AND PROVIDING AN IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
Section 1. Repealer. Section 37-12-305, MCA, is repealed.
Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective on passage and approval.
