BY REQUEST OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES
AN ACT EXTENDING FROM JANUARY 1, 2001, TO OCTOBER 1, 2001, THE TERMINATION DATE OF THE PILOT PROJECT TESTING THE USE OF MEDICAL SAVINGS ACCOUNTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE MONTANA MEDICAID PROGRAM; AND AMENDING SECTION 13, CHAPTER 380, LAWS OF 1997.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
Section 1. Section 13, Chapter 380, Laws of 1997, is amended to read:
"Section 13. Termination. [This act] terminates January October 1, 2001."
