BY REQUEST OF THE STATE AUDITOR
AN ACT MAKING PERMANENT THE MONTANA LIVING TRUST ACT; REPEALING SECTION 18, CHAPTER 348, LAWS OF 1997; AND PROVIDING AN IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
Section 1. Repealer. Section 18, Chapter 348, Laws of 1997, is repealed.
Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective on passage and approval.
