Board Of Respiratory Care Practitioners

2-15-1750. Board of respiratory care practitioners. (1) In accordance with 37-1-123, there is a board of respiratory care practitioners.

(2) The board consists of five members:

(a) three respiratory care practitioners;

(b) one respiratory care practitioner who specializes in pulmonary functions or sleep studies; and

(c) one public member.

(3) The board is allocated to the department as provided in 2-15-121.
