Battered Spouses And Domestic Violence Grant Program Created

52-6-101. (Temporary) Battered spouses and domestic violence grant program created. There is a grant program established within the department of public health and human services for the allocation of grant money to local battered spouses and domestic violence programs. (Repealed effective October 1, 2024--sec. 7, Ch. 62, L. 2023, sec. 9, Ch. 62, L. 2023.)
