After-Acquired Title To Pass By Operation Of Law

70-20-302. After-acquired title to pass by operation of law. When a person purports by proper instrument to grant real property in fee simple and subsequently acquires any title or claim of title to the real property, the real property passes by operation of law to the grantee or the grantee's successors.
