Common Elements To Remain Undivided -- Partition Prohibited

70-23-405. Common elements to remain undivided -- partition prohibited. The common elements shall remain undivided, and no unit owner shall bring any action for partition or division of any part thereof except as provided in 70-23-805. Any covenant to the contrary is void.
