Different Penalty For Unlawful Attempt To Hunt Or Trap

87-6-904. Different penalty for unlawful attempt to hunt or trap. A person convicted of unlawfully attempting to hunt or trap a game animal shall be fined not less than $200 or more than $600 or be imprisoned in the county detention center for not more than 60 days, or both.
