NOTE ON REPORT UPDATES FOR SPECIAL SESSION: Reports are updated nightly. Also, reports will be added to this list as they become relevant. For example, the Hearing Schedule is not relevant until hearings are scheduled (usually within a day of the start of session), so will not appear on this list until that time.

TIP: If you download any of the text format reports, note that these reports display best when you open them in either WORDPAD or NOTEPAD. Both of these word processing softwares are typically found in Windows by clicking on the Start button and then accessing the Programs -> Accessories menu. Other text editors can be used to view these reports too. The Adobe PDF format reports require the Acrobat Reader

 Governor's Amended/Vetoed Bills (PDF format). All bills that have had Governor's proposed amendments and/or have been vetoed by the Governor this session (straight vetoes, line-item vetoes, proposed amendments (amendatory vetoes), or all).
 Session Law In Bill Order
 Session Law In Chapter Order 		(PDF format). Session laws are bills passed by the legislature that have been become law, with a chapter number assigned by the Secretary of State. These .pdf reports list each session law chapter number, its associated bill number, and the session law effective date(s).
 Code Sections Affected #1 (PDF format). This file contains a list of the MCA being amended or repealed in the current session, for all 'Active' Introduced Bills (ie., bill that are active or have already become law).
 Code Sections Affected #2 (PDF format). This file contains a list of the MCA being amended or repealed in the current session for all Introduced Bills, including tabled and probably dead (i.e., includes introduced bills that did not become law).

 (Comma Delimited format) NOTE: These files are intended for download. They can then be opened with MS Excel and sorted to meet your need. These files are updated at the end of each legislative week - usually on Saturday.
 Cumulative Bill Status (PDF Format) Lists information about each introduced bill. This list is sorted by bill number.
 Cumulative Daily Introduced Bills (PDF Format) Lists information about each introduced bill. This list is sorted by the bill number within the date it was introduced.
 Introduced Bill Statistics (PDF format). Current statistics of all introduced bills in the Legislative process.
 Cumulative Bill Draft Request List   (PDF Format) Lists information about each bill draft request. This list is sorted by the bill draft request number (LC number).

 Bill Draft Requests "By Request Of" List (PDF Format) Lists information about those bill draft requests which have been requested on behalf of an agency, legislative committee, or public office. This list is sorted by the "By Request Of" entity.
