Updated Version of State Laws Now Available Online

The 2009 Montana Code Annotated (MCA), the official collection of all state laws, including those passed by the Legislature earlier this year, is now available online.

The MCA is updated every two years to incorporate laws passed by the most recent session of the Legislature. To find the newest version, visit the Legislative Branch Web site at leg.mt.gov and click on "Laws and Constitution" in the left-hand navigation menu.

The MCA is also available at libraries across the state.
