House, Senate Name Chairs of 2011 Legislative Committees

The newly elected leadership of the Montana House and Senate has released the names of lawmakers who will serve as presiding officers of 2011 session committees. (Note: This list was updated Dec. 7 to reflect chairmanship changes made after the initial announcement.)

SENATE

Sen. John Brenden, chair of the Senate Committee on Committees, announced the following presiding officer appointments in the Senate:
