Subcommittee to Focus on Fixes to Medical Marijuana Act
A new legislative subcommittee will meet for the first time Tuesday (June 29) to begin crafting potential improvements to the Montana Medical Marijuana Act.
The subcommittee was appointed today by the Children, Families, Health and Human Services Interim Committee of the Montana Legislature. Its members are Rep. Diane Sands, D-Missoula; Sen. Trudi Schmidt, D-Great Falls; Rep. Gary MacLaren, R-Victor; and Rep. Penny Morgan, R-Billings.
The meeting will begin at about 10:30 a.m. in Room 152 of the State Capitol in Helena.
