Uncheck the three boxes, Multicast, and TCP leaving only UDP checked. This will use UTP for all content and should be more stable. You can try the other three protocols as well, on some networks one type may work better than the others. Change both RTSP and PNA to match while trying each, but UDP appears to work best.

Bill Specific audio and video
The 2011 Session allows individual Bill discussion links for Bill Hearings in Committees and 2nd readings in Floor sessions. You can jump directly to those specific bill discussions using these links.
In the Bill Status system the actions for bills in Committee Bill Hearings and 2nd reading on Floor Sessions there is a link there to that specific bills discussion in that meeting.
If you continue to have problems playing the Bill Specific links you can try these steps:
Right-Click on the Bill Specific link and Save Target As
Save the file, which will be named SMIL.smi to your desktop
Open the file on your desktop by double clicking on it.
You can also try to open the SMIL.smi file from within Real Player by clicking the Drop Down near the upper right of the Player, realPlayer, selecting File and Open and Browse to your desktop and open the SMIL.smi
If you continue to have trouble you can open the entire audio or video file from the meeting and fast fowarding to that bill discussion, you will have to open the Minutes to see the elapsed time to FF to.
Problems playing video or audio and video, Windows and MACs
Open Real Player by Start menu or tool bar or clicking on a Full video. Go to Featured on the top in Windows or click the Globe on a MAC to get to the Web Browser window inside of Real Player.
In Real Player: Click the Drop Down near the top and select File, Open and type in Leg.mt.gov and navigate to the meeting or the bill specific link you would like to listen to. Opening the Bill Specific link inside the web browser inside of Real Player seems to work when it does not from inside your normal Web Browser.
If video is still not working correctly please let us know at our Help Desk, (406) 444-0912. We may not have any more suggestions but would like to know so that we can continue to work with Vision Net and our streams to improve them. You may have to listen to the Audio streams only and we apologize for that.
