The Legislative Finance Committee is a permanent joint committee of the legislature which consists of:
	a) four members of the Senate Finance Committee appointed by that committee's chairman
	b) two members of the Senate appointed at large by the Committee on Committees
	c) four members of the House of Representatives Appropriations Committee appointed by that committee's chairman
	d) two members of the House appointed at large by the Speaker
