Natural Resource Guides Available from Legislative Branch
The Environmental Policy Office of the Montana Legislature has recently updated several citizens' guides to natural-resource law and is offering them free to the public. The guides now reflect statute changes made during the 2007 session.
The guides are available on the legislative Web site at www.leg.mt.gov. Click on Publications and select Reports, Environmental Policy Office.
