The Legislative Council will meet on Tuesday, June 6, at 9:00 a.m. in Room 102 of the State Capitol.
Agenda items include: Division updates on TVMT, Option 2 for Legislators, constituent services allowance, and legal updates on litigation, initiative review, and codification. The council will be considering adoption of the operating budgets for the Legislative Services Division and the interim committees and activities budgets, setting the prices for the session publications, and making appointments to NCSL and CSG committees. The main agenda item is the review of the interim study poll results and recommendations. Sponsor and public comment are invited on the study resolution recommendations and any matter before the council.
