15-23-707. Coal gross proceeds redistribution account. (1) There is within the state special revenue fund a coal gross proceeds redistribution account.
     (2) All money received from county treasurers as provided in 15-23-703(6)(a) must be deposited by the department into the coal gross proceeds redistribution account for redistribution as provided in 15-23-706.
