     16-1-203. Health professions exemption. A physician, dentist, veterinarian, or pharmacist, acting within the scope of his professional responsibility and license to practice, who prescribes, prepares, or administers alcohol or substances containing alcohol and sells or charges a fee does not violate the prohibitions of this code.
